By using our service, you will accept all the below terms and conditions.

Deposit

To reserve any training courses a non-refundable deposit of £200 is required.

 

Payment

Course fees must be paid in full prior to training. No training will commence until payment has been received. For third party bookings, it is the responsibility of the candidate to arrange and ensure payment is made.

 

Cancellations A minimum of five working days’ notice is required for a cancellation by the customer. If courses are cancelled without adequate notice, no refund will be given, and course fees will be payable in full. JW Driver Training ltd reserve the right to apply discretion in the event of extenuating circumstances. JW Driver Training Ltd reserve the right to cancel or defer course dates without a given notice period as a result of circumstances beyond the company’s control.

 

Driving Licence / ID Requirements

If you are attending Driver Training or Driver CPC Training, it is essential that you produce a valid photo card driving licence each day that you attend. Failure to produce this could result in you being unable to attend the course. Failure to produce your driving licence to the driving examiner prior to test will result in cancellation of test. No refund is negotiable as a result of failing to produce a photo card driving licence or correct identification.

 

Certificates All certificates and licences will remain the property of JW Driver Training Ltd until full payment has been received. Certificates will be issued to the individual/organisation/charity paying for the training, unless otherwise agreed. Nonreceipt of certificates must be notified to us within 28 days of the course end date. Failure to notify us within this period will result in a charge for replacement certificate(s)/ID card.

 

The Client’s Responsibility

 

  • Aged 17 or over
  • Hold a valid UK provisional driving licence.
  • Legally entitled to drive in the UK.
  • The Client is responsible for any traffic violations whilst they are in charge of the vehicle (to include fines or points).
  • The Client must inform the driving instructor if they commit any driving offence liable to result in court attendance or endorsements.
  • You will treat Your Instructor with respect and follow Your Instructor’s reasonable instructions, particularly with regard to matters affecting Your health and safety or the health and safety of others.
  • You must inform the driving instructor of any disability or injury they may have whether temporary or permanent which may affect their ability to drive.
  • You must not present yourself for a lesson under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
  • You must inform the Driving Instructor if you feel unwell in any way before or during a lesson.
  • In the interests of safety The Client must wear suitable footwear and clothing that does not restrict movement during lessons.
